Our position on your privacy
Inflectis AI does not track you as you read this site. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising technology against your visit. If you browse without contacting us, we collect no information that identifies you personally beyond the minimal technical data described below.
We do collect personal information in one circumstance: when you choose to give it to us — by submitting our contact form or scheduling a conversation. This policy explains what we collect in those moments, why, and the control you have over it. We have kept it deliberately short, because our practices are deliberately narrow.
Who we are
This site is operated by Inflectis AI, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Inflectis," "we," "us," or "our"), reachable at inquiries@inflectis.ai. For questions about this policy or your personal information, contact privacy@inflectis.ai.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you complete our contact form or schedule a meeting, we collect the details you submit. Depending on the form, this includes your name, business email address, company, job title or role, telephone number, the message or context you write, and how you heard about us. When you book a conversation through our scheduling tool, you provide your name, email, and any details you add to the booking.
Limited technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure may log standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for the operation, security, and integrity of the site. This data is not used to build a profile of you. See our Cookies Policy for related detail.
What we do not collect. We do not knowingly collect special-category or sensitive personal information, we do not collect information from children, and we do not require you to create an account.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use the information you provide for a single set of purposes: to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and hold the conversation you requested, and to follow up on that specific exchange. We do not add you to a marketing list or a nurture sequence unless you ask us to.
Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, our lawful bases are: your consent (which you give by submitting the form or booking), our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries directed to us, and steps taken at your request prior to any engagement.
How we share it
We share personal information only with the service providers that operate this site on our behalf, and only to the extent they need it to perform their function:
- Our website host and form provider (Webflow), which delivers the site and routes form submissions to us.
- Our scheduling provider (Cal.com), which operates the booking calendars embedded on our Contact page.
- Our email provider, which delivers the notification of your message to our inbox.
These providers act as our processors under contract and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry and scheduling information for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which we delete or anonymize it. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
How we protect it
We apply commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited information we hold, and we work with providers that maintain recognized security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing — though, as noted, we do not sell or share personal information. EU/UK residents have the rights described under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, email privacy@inflectis.ai. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
International visitors
Inflectis operates from the United States, and information you submit is processed here. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track visitors across sites or over time for advertising, we do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) for any applicable opt-out rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
