OUR PURPOSE
Nobody Was Building This. So We Did.
The aerospace and defense sector's transformation to AI-centric operations is underway. Large primes ($1B+ revenue) have the internal resources to build intelligence platforms organically. Small contractors ($10M and below) can adopt SaaS solutions with minimal customization.
Middle-market manufacturers — companies generating $50M to $250M in annual revenue — face a different challenge entirely. They're large enough that generic AI tools won't address their operational complexity. CMMC and ITAR regulations mean that consumer-grade AI solutions create compliance exposure. And they're lean enough that they can't justify the engagement models of enterprise consulting firms whose AI practices are still maturing.
Inflectis AI was built to serve this specific gap. We deliver the transformation architecture, compliance frameworks, and execution roadmaps that mid-market A&D leaders need — while developing the internal teams capable of operating them. The goal isn't to turn your organization into a technology company. It's to enable Cognitive Superiority and create competitive advantage through AI-centric operations that compound on the institutional knowledge you already possess.

OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES
You Have Our Word.
Security & Compliance are priority 1
Not a feature. Not an afterthought. The foundation.
Focus first on WHY. The what and the how will follow.
Don't get enamored by the shiny object. It's about the Returns.
Fail fast and iterate; but not on Principle 1.
If you're worried that AI will be a compliance liability, waiting to figure it out makes it worse.
The Client knows their business best. Help them see it through a new lens.
Same industry, same language; different vantage points, same goal.
The truth is sometimes unpleasant, and it is always the answer.
Convenient fiction produces comfortable failure.
LEADERSHIP
Built on Operational Experience. Driven by Transformation Conviction.
Inflectis AI was founded by operators who spent decades inside the manufacturing organizations that AI is now transforming — who recognized that the consulting industry was failing the companies that needed transformation architecture the most.
Scott Trunkett brings over 25 years of experience in B2B strategy, engineering, and business development across aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing. His career has spanned the full breadth of middle-market manufacturing operations — from shop floor process engineering to executive-level strategic planning, from defense program capture to commercial market development.
That breadth produced a specific kind of credibility. Colleagues who have worked alongside Scott in aerospace and defense contexts describe his combination of engineering rigor, strategic fluency, and commercial execution as uncommon — the kind of leader who entered A&D markets cold and developed relationships at senior level leadership with Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Raytheon, GE Aviation and others.
That experience produced a specific observation: the companies that most needed AI transformation architecture — middle-market manufacturers generating $50M to $250M — were systematically underserved. Enterprise consulting firms focused on prime contractors. Technology vendors pushed point solutions. Nobody was building the strategic transformation framework purpose-built for the intersection of AI capability, defense compliance requirements, and middle-market operational reality.
Inflectis AI is the answer to that observation. Scott's approach to transformation consulting reflects an engineering mindset applied to business strategy: every recommendation must survive logical scrutiny, every architecture must address compliance constraints from inception, and every engagement must produce deliverables that the client's own teams can execute independently.
"Scott's intelligence and strategic fluency are what brought him to my business — but it was his engineering rigor, strategic I.Q., and street-smart commercial savvy that drove results. Within one year he penetrated A&D markets at all levels of the organization at Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Raytheon, and GE Aviation. The contracts followed and our market expanded fivefold."
