What this policy covers
This policy explains how Inflectis AI uses cookies and similar technologies on inflectis.ai, what categories we use, and how you can control them. It supplements our [LINK → /privacy-policy] Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site function properly, remember choices, and — where enabled — measure how the site is used. "Similar technologies" includes things like local storage and pixels that serve comparable purposes. Some are set by us ("first-party") and some by the providers whose tools we use ("third-party").
The categories we use
We group cookies into the categories below. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Site cannot function without them. The remaining categories are non-essential and, where the law requires, are set only with your consent.
Strictly necessary. These keep the Site secure and working — for example, supporting page delivery, balancing load, and protecting our forms against automated abuse. Our website platform (Webflow) sets cookies of this kind. They do not track you for marketing and cannot be switched off through a preference control.
Functional / preferences. These remember choices that improve your experience, such as interface or display preferences. Where we embed our scheduling tool (Cal.com) so you can book a conversation, that service may set cookies needed for the calendar to work and to remember booking-related preferences.
Analytics. These help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site — which pages are read, how people arrive, and where the experience can improve — so we can make it better. We do not currently set analytics cookies. We intend to add a privacy-respecting analytics tool; when we do, we will name it here, and for visitors where consent is required, those cookies will be set only after you opt in.
Advertising. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required before any such technology is used.
Your choices and how to manage cookies
On our Site. Where a consent control is presented, you can accept or decline non-essential categories and change your choice at any time. Strictly necessary cookies remain active because they are required for the Site to work.
In your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the Site function, including embedded scheduling.
Opt-out preference signals. Where applicable, we honor recognized signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) for any opt-out rights you hold.
How the law applies to your visit
Different rules apply depending on where you are. For visitors in the EU/UK, non-essential cookies (functional, analytics) are set only with prior consent under the GDPR and ePrivacy rules. For visitors in California and other US states with similar laws, we provide notice of our cookie use and honor applicable opt-out rights; because we do not sell or share personal information or use advertising trackers, there is nothing to opt out of for those purposes today.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes — for example, when analytics is added. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
